Complex ideas into practical software
Algorithms and models only create value when they work reliably in production. We can take your idea all the way to software with a user interface actually built for humans.
Purpose-built from the problem up
Often, solving a difficult problem means building software around the solution. We build software that supports people in decision-making, planning, and supervision. The domains and problems vary, but our approach to building software stays the same.
Software built at Digisalix follows four principles:
- Industry best practices We invest in testing, code clarity, and maintainability, so the software remains workable long after the first release.
- Thoughtful architecture We design components carefully, making the software easier to maintain, extend, and reuse.
- Built for the task We look for the simplest solution that solves the actual business need.
- Proactive and clear communication We raise questions early, focus on what matters, and adjust plans when needed. There’s little value in perfectly implementing the wrong specification.
These principles stay the same whether LLMs are involved in development or not.

When we get to choose the tools
Our preferred setup is a compute server written in Python, sharing results through a REST API. When more speed is needed, we add C++ or another natively compiled language to the mix.
We typically deploy the server in the customer’s private cloud, keeping data within the customer’s environment and making the software readily available to internal users.
For the user interface, we build browser-based applications with TypeScript and React. This gives us a good foundation for designing a pleasant user experience across operating systems, without requiring users to install local software.
