Culture & people
Engineers, scientists and problem-solvers who would rather do a handful of hard things properly. Not much process, and a great deal of trust.
Hard things done right
Digisalix is a professional home for mathematical and algorithmic minds who thrive on building practical solutions to problems worth solving. We aim for sustainable growth, which means hiring carefully and keeping the hierarchy low. Our North Star is to keep the quality of what we ship high and the distance between decision and action short.
Slow and steady growth comes with the trade-off that we might say “no” more often than a larger consultancy would. We would rather do a handful of hard things properly than a great many things adequately.

You perhaps
Open position
The hat is on the table. We value curiosity, courage and drive — the rest is learnable.
Do things properly and treat people well
-
Own the outcome the whole result,
not your slice of the task -
Speak your mind early, plainly, and to the person it concerns -
Help outside your lane the problem does not respect job titles -
Ask early no question here is too basic,
and help is near -
Keep learning in public what you worked out is worth more written down -
Know your worth and trust yourself
Curiosity is the job
The problems clients bring us are usually ones nobody on the team has solved before. That is the appeal. It also means the work only goes well if people are genuinely interested in reading the paper, building the prototype, and finding out why they were wrong.
Staying sharp works the same way outside a brief as inside one. We protect time for that — journal club, internal demos and side experiments keep our minds active and thoughts fresh.
We do something nice monthly
We started fully remote, but wanted to see each other in person too. So we met up once a month for a fun activity and we still do. It is a chance to get to know each other outside of work, and to see what people are interested in. We have done escape rooms, bowling, mountain biking, indoor-surfing, climbing, go-carts, museum visits and so on.
