Careers
We do not hire to a headcount. We hire when we meet someone we are confident about.
Who tends to do well here
People who are excellent at a hard technical discipline and comfortable working on problems they have not seen before. Most of what we take on is unfamiliar to everyone in the room on day one — including us.
You will not be handed a specification. You will be handed a machine, a dataset, a constraint that sounds impossible, and the people who understand the domain.
You will also be handed help. Nobody is left to struggle quietly here, no question is too basic to ask out loud, and the first months are meant to feel like learning rather than an exam.
Digisalix is a professional home for mathematical and algorithmic minds who thrive on building practical solutions to problems worth solving. We are owned by our people and aim for sustainable growth: hiring carefully, keeping the hierarchy low and business hours flexible but reasonable.
